Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost
- If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange or full refund
- If you have concerns about product quality or purity, contact us and we will provide the lab report for your specific batch
